So a fear of diseases I don't know if I fear them that much when I was younger I felt I I could take on any disease and overcome it and resolve it for myself anyone's disease I can take them off and beat them beat them and you know get better I was like a llama thing a Tibetan llama idea you know the longest go round and take on everyone's diseases and and heal themselves that so that was going on so I I focused on mental health and mental disease at the time 20 and 30 year old and so on did not have a fear of disease I guess it relates to the fear of death and and I don't fear death but I don't take risks to promote that I don't know if that means I'm afraid of death or or what you know and diseases are just like a risk in this era the covid disease really didn't bother me I had a cough for 2 weeks 3 weeks and that was it I felt bad the first day and that was my covid so so I'm doing well concerning the covid disease yeah I saw I hope to get a couple shot maybe tomorrow with the other flu shot
